Job summary

The Brothers that just do Gutters is seeking a Sales Representative / Estimator to join our rain gutter team. You will perform on-site assessments, present pricing, and close sales with homeowners across our service area.

As a commission-based role, you will build relationships, manage your pipeline, and participate in local marketing, with scheduling that includes evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in home services or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates positive leadership through all actions with all employees.
• Attends all meetings on time.
• Works the necessary hours per week in order to perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Assists in the development and implementation of new systems, helping to maintain and increase the company’s profitability and organization as it changes and grows.
• Run scheduled estimate appointments on time across our service area.
• Assess gutters, downspouts, and guard needs; measure and quote on-site
• Present pricing and close sales during the visit
• Follow up on pending estimates and manage your pipeline
• Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts as needed
