Job summary

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking a Sales Representative / Estimator in Houston, TX to sell gutter services and deliver professional, consultative estimates that meet customer needs while driving profitable work for the franchise. This role blends face-to-face selling with accurate on-site evaluations and timely estimates.

Ideal candidates are results-driven, with prior sales experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and close deals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled estimates on time and prepared.
• Perform onsite evaluations and present solutions clearly.
• Submit estimates within 48 hours of site visits.
• Maintain a minimum closing rate of 45%.
• Follow up on open estimates until decision.
• Communicate product value and differentiation to customers.
• Visit each sold job at least once to maintain relationships.
• Target and prioritize high-margin opportunities.
• Develop and execute structured prospecting to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate workflows and CRM notes.
