Leaf Home in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a Field Operations Lead for daily gutter installation, fabrication, and delivery to customer locations. You will operate a box truck and a gutter machine, coordinating crews and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes quality installation, safety adherence, and excellent customer service while maintaining organized project documentation and clear communication with the local office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of home construction/remodeling/gutter installation experience.
• Active and valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck.
• Comfort with ladders of varying heights to perform services.
• Demonstrate quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete DOT physical criteria.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter installations at customer locations.
• Ensure daily installation completion to improve location attainment.
• Work with LeafFilter teams and subcontractors for fabrication/installation.
• Provide quality installation following training processes.
• Communicate with local office leadership on progress and issues.
• Provide excellent customer service on job sites.
