Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a field operations professional to manage daily gutter installation activities in a busy turf. You will oversee onsite installations, coordinate with installation teams, and ensure safe, high-quality work using gutter machines and company vehicles.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in home construction or gutter installation, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills to liaise with customers and office staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in home construction/remodeling/gutter installation.
• Active valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck.
• Comfort with ladders and varying heights.
• Detail-oriented with strong installation quality.
• Ability to teach others and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer locations.
• Ensure daily installations to meet location goals and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with LeafFilter teams or subcontractors for fabrication and installation of gutters and protection products.
• Provide quality installation following established training processes.
• Communicate progress and issues with local office daily.
• Deliver excellent customer service experience on site.
• Maintain organized job documents for customers and office.
• Follow safety rules and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
