Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a field operations supervisor to manage daily gutter installation activities across assigned territories. The role includes vehicle operation, gutter fabrication, and supervising install teams and subcontractors.

The candidate will ensure timely, high‑quality installations, maintain documentation, and uphold safety standards on site. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation experience.
• Active and valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck safely.
• Ability to climb ladders of varying heights and complete installations.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter installations and gutter protection work.
• Ensure daily installations to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Work with Leaf Home teams or subcontractors to complete fabrication and installations.
• Provide quality installation services following training processes.
• Communicate progress and issues with local office leadership daily.
