Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a field operations professional to manage daily gutter installation activities across assigned territories. You'll operate a box truck and gutter machine, ensuring timely installations and quality workmanship for customers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in gutter installation or home construction, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment. PTO, benefits, and travel are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction/remodeling and gutter installation.
• Must hold active driver’s license and be able to operate a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer locations.
• Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Work with LeafFilter teams or subcontractors to finish fabrication and installations.
• Provide quality installation services by following training processes.
• Maintain organized job documents for customers and office records.
