Job summary

Leaf Home in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to manage daily gutter installation activities for a local office. You will oversee onsite installations, fabricate gutters, and deliver to customer locations for third-party installers, while operating company vehicles and gutter machines in varying field conditions.

You’ll work with LeafFilter teams and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain excellent service with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years in home construction or gutter installation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck.
• Comfort with ladders of varying heights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to teach others and provide timely, empathetic support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter installations.
• Ensure daily completion to improve location attainment.
• Collaborate with LeafFilter teams and subcontractors for fabrication/installation.
• Provide quality installation following training processes.
• Communicate progress and issues with local office leadership.
• Maintain organized job documents for customers and offices.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
