Job summary

Leaf Home in Warwick, RI is seeking a full-time Field Installations Supervisor to oversee gutter installations, fabrication, and delivery to customers. You will manage a company vehicle and gutter machines, ensuring timely projects and high quality service for third‑party installers.

The role requires 3+ years in construction/remodeling, a valid driver’s license, ladder safety, and strong communication. Health benefits and 401(k) are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in field operations.
• 3+ years in home construction, remodeling, or gutter installation.
• Active driver’s license and ability to safely operate a box truck.
• Comfort with climbing ladders of varying heights and maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to complete gutter installations.
• Ensure daily jobs are completed to achieve location targets.
• Coordinate with LeafFilter team or subcontractors for fabrication and installation.
• Provide quality installation following training processes.
• Communicate progress and issues with local office daily.
• Maintain organized job documents for customers and office.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies; perform other duties as needed.
