Tacheny Exteriors in Saint Paul, MN is seeking established gutter installation businesses/crews to partner on residential exterior remodeling projects. This is a subcontractor relationship for independent operators with their own tools, insurance, and business structure.

Work includes gutters, heat tape installation, coordination with Tacheny's project team, and per-job or bid pricing with signed contracts. Must provide own liability coverage and 1099-ready business setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in gutter installation or exterior remodeling.
• Experience installing heat tape/de-icing cable systems required.
• Own hand tools and power tools; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair gutters, downspouts, and related components on residential remodeling projects per approved plans and manufacturer specifications.
• Install roof and gutter heat tape/de-icing cable systems per manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate scheduling and job-site logistics with the Tacheny project team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work site.
• Communicate proactively on project status, delays, or issues.
• Complete work per the signed contract/proposal for each job, on a per-job or bid basis.
