Job summary
Tacheny Exteriors in Minnesota is seeking established gutter installation businesses to partner with on residential exterior remodeling projects in the St. Paul area.
This is a subcontractor relationship, not employment — independent operators with their own tools, insurance, and business structure are invited to collaborate on gutter and heat tape installation work. Partners will coordinate scheduling with Tacheny's project team, perform per-job or bid work, maintain safety, and ensure contract
Qualifications
- 3+ years of gutter installation or exterior remodeling experience.
- Experience installing heat tape/de-icing cable systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Owns hand tools and power tools for the work.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair gutters, downspouts, and related components on residential remodeling projects per approved plans and manufacturer specifications
- Install roof and gutter heat tape/de-icing cable systems per manufacturer specifications
- Coordinate scheduling and job-site logistics with the Tacheny project team
- Maintain a clean, safe work site
- Communicate proactively on project status, delays, or issues
- Complete work per the signed contract/proposal for each job, on a per-job or bid basis
