Job summary

Tacheny Exteriors is seeking established gutter installation businesses/crews to partner with on residential exterior remodeling projects in the St. Paul area.

This is a subcontractor relationship for independent operators with their own tools, insurance, and business structure who take on gutter and heat tape installation work. We require 3+ years in gutter installation, the ability to read plans, and possession of necessary licenses and insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of gutter installation or exterior remodeling experience.
• Experience installing heat tape/de-icing cable systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Own hand tools and power tools.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair gutters, downspouts, and related components per plans and specs.
• Install roof and gutter heat tape systems per specifications.
• Coordinate scheduling and job-site logistics with Tacheny project team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work site.
• Communicate proactively on project status, delays, or issues.
• Complete work per signed contract terms on a per-job or bid basis.
