This is a subcontractor relationship, not employment—independent operators with their own tools, insurance, and business structure who work on multiple client projects. scope includes coordinating with Tacheny project teams, maintaining safe sites, and delivering per-contract work on a per-project or per-bid basis.

Qualifications

Operate as an independent business entity, not exclusive to Tacheny.
Hold required licenses, registrations, and contractor certifications.
Carry workers' compensation insurance (or qualify for exemption) and general liability.
Holds a federal EIN and is set up to receive 1099 income.
Enter into signed written contracts per project and invoice under the business name.

Responsibilities

Install and repair siding on residential remodeling projects per plans and manufacturer specs.
Coordinate scheduling and job-site logistics with the Tacheny project team.
Maintain a clean, safe work site.
Communicate proactively on project status, delays, or issues.
Complete work per the signed contract for each job, on a per-job or bid basis.
