Job summary

Tacheny Exteriors is seeking established siding installation crews to partner as independent subcontractors for residential exterior remodeling projects in the St. Paul area.

This is a true 1099 subcontractor role; you must operate your own business, own tools and vehicle, and hold applicable licenses and liability coverage. Responsibilities include installing and repairing siding per plans, coordinating with Tacheny's project team, and maintaining safe, efficient job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in siding installation or exterior remodeling.
• Own tools, equipment, and vehicle to perform the work.
• Holds required business licenses, registrations, and contractor certifications; independent business entity.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair siding on residential remodeling projects per plans and manufacturer specs.
• Coordinate scheduling and job-site logistics with Tacheny project team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work site.
• Communicate proactively on project status, delays, or issues.
• Complete work per signed contract/proposal on a per-job or bid basis.
