Qualifications

• Formal culinary, food service, or restaurant training completed.
• Strong leadership, training, and supervision abilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication with management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to culinary standards and ensure resident dining quality while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
• Supervise culinary service, logs, equipment, storage rotation, and sanitation to keep up-to-date and safe.
• Lead the kitchen team in day-to-day operations with coaching and accountability.
