Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Part-Time Sous Chef in Rogers, AR, with shifts 10:00am–6:00pm and a pay rate of $24–$31.50 per hour. You will uphold culinary standards and provide residents with exceptional dining while managing portions and waste.

As a Gustatory Genius, Kitchen Curator, and Culinary Captain, you’ll supervise daily operations, ensure cleanliness, train staff, and lead the culinary team to deliver high-quality meals in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership, training and supervision experience in senior housing or related field.
• Formal culinary or food service training or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to create and modify documents.

Responsibilities

• To Be a Gustatory Genius: Ensure culinary standards and provide exceptional dining while controlling portions and waste.
• To Be a Kitchen Curator: Supervise culinary service, logs, equipment, storage, and sanitation.
• To Be a Culinary Captain: Lead daily operations, coach the team and maintain accountability.
