Arrow Senior Living in Freeburg, IL is seeking a full-time Cook to join Cedar Trails. The role focuses on preparing menu items to spec, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring timely service.

The position requires passing health requirements and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities include interacting with residents to learn preferences and participating in orientations, with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read/write in English with Residents.
• Current Food Handlers Card as required by health dept.
• Demonstrated leadership, training and supervision abilities.
• Proficient written and oral communication with management and staff.
• Able to stand/walk all day, bend, kneel, stoop.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable indoors with some outdoor events.
• Criminal background cleared.
