Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurabo, Puerto Rico seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the site project delivery, overseeing a diverse portfolio and ensuring alignment with the client’s business plan, safety, quality, and governance.

You will manage a project delivery team, coordinate cross‑functional resources, track KPIs, and prepare portfolio updates and leadership presentations while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast‑paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement for related discipline.
• 8–10 years of project management experience.
• 3–5 years leading project teams.
• Experience with capital, facilities, infrastructure, or manufacturing projects.
• Strong PM processes knowledge: scope, schedule, cost, risk, change, reporting.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross‑functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary site lead for project delivery at Gurabo site, interfacing with client leadership on portfolio status and KPI reporting.
• Lead and coordinate the JLL project delivery team, coaching and ensuring consistent execution across multiple projects.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of projects across capital, facilities, infrastructure, compliance, safety, and operations.
• Prepare portfolio‑level reports, dashboards, KPI updates, leadership presentations, and escalation summaries for client and JLL leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related discipline
