The position requires a 3+ year background in quality and cGMPs, strong documentation skills, and the ability to drive CAPAs, audits, and change controls within an FDA-regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in quality management, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong background in technical documentation.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMPs.
• Experience at FDA regulated facility in QA/QC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; COMET QMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quality programs to meet/exceed expectations.
• Build relationships with account and client personnel to promote best practices.
• Provide leadership for design, development, implementation of quality programs.
• Collaborate with site teams to share learnings and best practices.
• Support audits, document management, CAPAs, change control.
• Interface with client quality personnel to ensure compliance.
• Lead and report on quality KPIs and status reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on QA expectations.
