Capgemini Engineering in Gurabo, Puerto Rico is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end projects in Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical industries, focusing on MES, Pharma 4.0, and Smart Manufacturing with global delivery leadership.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure GMP/GxP compliance, govern risks, and drive client satisfaction while coordinating with QA, Validation, Regulatory Affairs, and account teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex projects and programs.
• Delivery of MES projects in Life Sciences/Pharma environments.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP, CSV, and regulatory requirements (FDA 21 CFR Part 11).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MES projects with cross-functional teams.
• Govern risks, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and business development within accounts.
• Coordinate with QA, Validation, and Regulatory Affairs for audits.
• Develop MES roadmaps and oversee design, deployment, and hypercare.
