Job summary

Somafina, a growing nutraceutical co-manufacturer in Utah, is hiring a Gummy Lead in Lindon. You will oversee daily gummy production operations, ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency, and lead and train the production team to meet schedules.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, prior experience in gummy or food manufacturing, and strong leadership and SOP adherence. You will coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and management to maintain GMP and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the gummy production team on assigned shifts.
• Ensure processes follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and management teams.
• Monitor batching, cooking, depositing, drying, coating, and packaging.
• Maintain clean, food-safe production area and complete logs.
