Job summary

Wyldcanna in California—Sacramento is seeking a Production Operator Supervisor to lead the gummy line, start-up, changeovers, and shutdowns. You will troubleshoot automated equipment, manage line staffing, ensure product quality and SOP compliance, and partner with the Kitchen Manager and Plant Manager for maintenance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years in production with 1+ year in a lead role, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, English communication, and a safety-first

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related production/manufacturing experience, with 1+ year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience operating automated equipment.
• Knowledge of AC/DC fundamentals; read wiring schematics and basic PLC logic.
• Experience with pH meters and Brix refractometers for process adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Must be 21 years or older and comply with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot the gummy line across cooking, depositing, demolding, conditioning, and packaging.
• Maintain product quality, record batch data, and uphold SOPs and safety standards.
• Plan production schedules with Kitchen Manager to meet quotas and throughput goals.
• Lead and coach Production Operators; manage shift workflow and performance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and support equipment commissioning.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and sanitation of ingredients and finished goods.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and Automation team on upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, regulatory standards, and safety procedures.
