Job summary

Top Gum North America, located in Copiague, NY, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations in a gummy manufacturing facility. You will guide the maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure uptime of production equipment and facility systems in a regulated environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong troubleshooting skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to support GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in regulated food/beverage/pharma environments with supervisory exposure.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across shifts and departments.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS data.
• Participate in RCA and address recurring equipment reliability concerns.
