Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production conditions and adjust machinery based on recipes and SOPs.
• Record production data accurately and maintain required documentation.
• Assist Quality team with testing activities such as moisture testing when required.
• Manage curing room inventory and support product movement following FIFO practices.
• Sanitize machinery and workspaces and follow food safety protocols.
