What you’ll do
- Take command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all aircraft systems; plan and manage flights with precision; adapt to changing weather, ATC, or operational conditions to ensure safe, efficient operations and an exceptional passenger experience.
- Perform the functions of the TSA Flight Security Coordinator under the applicable TFSSP or PCSSP; conduct required passenger safety briefings or assign to the Second in Command.
- Champion a just culture of safety: encourage open communication, identify hazards, and promptly record and report all aircraft discrepancies.
- Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
- Lead and mentor a professional crew; collaborate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and client services to deliver a world-class journey.
What you’ll bring
- Certificates & Medical
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) — unrestricted or restricted acceptable.
- Current FAA First Class Medical.
- Minimum Flight Experience
- 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time.
- 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- 1,500 hours multi-engine.
- 500 hours turbojet.
- 500 hours turbine.
- 100 hours night.
- 75 hours simulated instrument.
- 500 hours jet time.
- Additional Requirements
- Ability to work a variable schedule aligned to mission profiles.
- Willingness and eligibility to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
