The Mission

Own the safe, efficient, and professional execution of every flight while representing Jet Aviation’s values of trust, honesty, alignment, and transparency. You’ll lead the crew, make sound operational decisions, and ensure a consistent, elevated customer experience on every domestic and international trip.

What You’ll Do

• Command all assigned flights and make operational decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
• Lead the crew; maintain expert knowledge of G650 systems; manage flight planning and adapt to changing conditions.
• Perform TSA In‑Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) duties under the Twelve Five Standard Security Program or Private Charter Standard Security Program, as applicable.
• Conduct required passenger safety briefings or delegate to the Second in Command.
• Champion a just‑culture approach: encourage open safety communication, report hazards, and document discrepancies in real time.
• Manage aircraft documentation and manuals; complete accurate trip paperwork per company procedures.
• Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism and discretion while delivering high‑quality service to customers and colleagues on worldwide missions.

What You’ll Bring

• Certificates & Medical: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate (unrestricted or restricted); FAA First Class Medical.
• Total Flight Time: 3,500+ hours fixed‑wing total time.
• PIC: 1,500+ hours.
• Multi‑Engine: 1,500+ hours.
• Jet/Turbine: 500+ hours turbojet and 500+ hours turbine (including 500+ hours of jet time).
• Night/Simulated Instrument: 100+ hours night; 75+ hours simulated instrument.
• Readiness: Able to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
• Education & Licenses: High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Preferred: College degree; current/appropriate aircraft type rating and currency; exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; strong attention to detail; collaborative mindset; integrity and discretion.
• Professional Style: Friendly, proactive, resourceful problem‑solver with a deep understanding of the aviation industry and a commitment to quality.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Regular standing, walking, sitting, and frequent hand use; occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, including overhead lifting.
• Good vision across varying distances and depths.
• Operate in maintenance and customer areas with occasional high noise levels, vibration, fuel fumes, changing weather, and seasonal temperature extremes in hangars.
