Jet Aviation seeks a Captain to oversee safe, efficient operation of the Gulfstream G450, from preflight planning to postflight administration, serving discerning private aviation clients with discretion and exceptional service.

You will command flights, lead the crew, and manage mission execution for domestic and international travel, while maintaining safety standards and client-focused professionalism.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certificate (unrestricted or restricted)

Role Overview

As Captain, you will assume full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the G450. You’ll manage end-to-end mission execution—from meticulous preflight planning through postflight administration—while adapting to changing conditions and maintaining a polished, service-forward presence with discerning private aviation clients.

What You’ll Do

• Command all assigned flights and make sound, timely operational decisions in accordance with federal, local, and company regulations.
• Lead the crew and ensure precise operation of the Gulfstream G450; maintain complete working knowledge of aircraft systems and performance.
• Plan, brief, and execute domestic and international missions; adjust flight plans and strategies as conditions evolve.
• Serve as In-Flight Security Coordinator under the applicable TFSSP or Private Charter Standard Security Program; ensure a secure operating environment.
• Conduct (or delegate) thorough passenger safety briefings; foster open communication regarding safety and report hazards promptly.
• Record and report aircraft discrepancies; coordinate maintenance documentation and ensure aircraft manuals and databases remain current.
• Complete accurate trip paperwork, logs, and reports in line with company procedures.
• Represent Jet Aviation with discretion, professionalism, and exceptional client service at all times.

Work environment may include aircraft arrivals/departures, heavy maintenance areas, customer-facing terminals, changing weather, seasonal temperature extremes, elevated noise/vibration, fuel fumes, and frequent global travel.

What You’ll Bring

• Certificates/Medical: FAA ATP (unrestricted or restricted) and current First Class Medical.

Flight Time Minimums

• Total time: 3,500 hours (fixed-wing)
• Pilot in Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
• Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
• Turbo-jet: 500 hours
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Night: 100 hours
• Simulated instrument: 75 hours
