Job summary

Terracon seeks a Senior Client Development Manager for the Gulf Coast Division, potentially based in any Gulf Coast office (AL/GA/MS/LA/TN). The role focuses on leading client development, major pursuits, and strategic growth across Environmental, Facilities, Geotechnical, and Materials services.

Responsibilities include mentoring a client development team, leveraging market insights, and partnering with leadership to drive client relationships and project opportunities across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with 15 years’ related experience, or 19 years’ related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in A/E/C or Environmental Consulting industry is required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

Responsibilities

• Provide client development leadership within the Gulf Coast Division and manage key client relationships.
• Lead major pursuits and guide strategic opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and senior leadership to align client strategy with company goals.
• Mentor team including client development specialists and managers.
