Job summary

Terracon’s Gulf Coast Division seeks a Senior Client Development Manager to lead client development strategy, pursue major pursuits, and build long‑lasting partnerships across the project lifecycle. This role may be based in any Gulf Coast Division office, including Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee.

You will mentor a team and collaborate with Corporate Marketing, National Account Managers, and division leadership to drive growth across Environmental, Facilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
• 15 years’ related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable history.

Responsibilities

• Provide client development leadership within the Gulf Coast Division, including evaluating market information and developing strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team that includes client development specialists and managers.
• Lead Major Pursuits process from strategy to capture and report results.
• Coordinate with marketing and senior leadership to align client development with Terracon’s growth goals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
