Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in multifamily property management, lease-up, and regional operations leadership.
Strong skills in team management, coaching, and performance oversight for onsite leasing and maintenance teams.
Proficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and analysis of occupancy, revenue, and expense metrics.
Experience with property management software, CRM tools, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent).
Ability to develop and execute leasing strategies, marketing plans, and resident retention initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on resident and partner relationships.
Knowledge of fair housing laws, local rental regulations, and best practices in multifamily operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Capacity to travel to properties within the region as needed and work on-site in Baton Rouge, LA.

Responsibilities

Oversee lease-up of new multifamily communities and ensure occupancy goals.
Supervise onsite property staff and monitor leasing activity and conversion rates.
Review budgets, track KPIs, and coordinate with development and asset management teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations; identify process improvements.
Perform frequent site visits and coach team members; resolve escalated resident issues.
