• Strong skills in team management, coaching, and performance oversight for onsite leasing and maintenance teams.
• Proficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and analysis of occupancy, revenue, and expense metrics.
• Experience with property management software, CRM tools, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent).
• Ability to develop and execute leasing strategies, marketing plans, and resident retention initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on resident and partner relationships.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws, local rental regulations, and best practices in multifamily operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Capacity to travel to properties within the region as needed and work on-site in Baton Rouge, LA.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Regional Manager, Lease-up and Operations is a full-time, traveling role focused on Gulf Coast properties in Louisiana, Alabama and Florida.
