Job summary

LILT is seeking experienced Media and Information Services professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Hindi for Indian media, broadcasting, publishing, and digital content environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic scenarios across newsroom, broadcast, and content production settings.

You will adapt rubrics and review AI/human responses for factual accuracy, editorial quality, and cultural relevance, helping shape gold-standard

Qualifications

• Native-level Hindi with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Content Production, Publishing, or Audiovisual Operations.
• Strong understanding of editorial workflows, production processes, media standards, audience communication, and Indian media environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Media and Information Services scenarios in Hindi or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (newsroom coordination, video production workflows, editorial reviews, live broadcast operations, content planning, script development, media compliance, audiovisual troubleshooting).
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making, content analysis, production coordination, and communication tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, editorial quality, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism.
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian journalism, broadcasting, digital media, and content production environments.
