Job summary

Guitar Center Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking a senior-leaning sales associate to reach personal sales goals, promote the Music & Arts lesson program, and build business with schools, churches, and community groups.

You will develop customer relationships and deliver compelling presentations, while delivering excellent customer service and promoting loyalty. The role involves all store operations, security responsibilities, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Create business by networking with teachers/schools, churches, and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on training.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in all areas of store operations including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security including: perimeter door keys, register keys and personal alarm code.
• Additional duties as assigned.
