Job summary

You will learn and follow standard operating procedures, maintain quality standards, and support safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Occasional travel may be required; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and be capable of repetitive hand/wrist motions.
• Ability to learn and develop knowledge of Gibson guitar models.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and project-management skills.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute standard operating procedures.
• Remove fill and color from fingerboard.
• Use a razor blade safely and effectively.
• Sand and polish frets with 320 grit sandpaper.
• Maintain production flow and meet quality specs.
• Adhere to department safety protocols and 5S rules.
• Submit safety observations for identified hazards.
• Support the Safety Management System to improve processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
