Qualifications

  • Experience using hand tools to deliver precise results.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn model specifics.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the models and machine programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Solutions oriented approach to challenges and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute standard operating procedures.
  • Apply and remove dozens of clamps in a single shift.
  • Safely operate band saws, timesaver sanders, routers, and pneumatic press.
  • Maintain 95% pass rate based on production requirements.
  • Understand and meet quality standards (Specs).
  • Maintain product flow at an appropriate rate.
  • Adhere to department protocols (5S and Safety).
  • Submit safety observations for identified hazards.
  • Support the Safety Management System (SMS) and improve safety processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
