Qualifications

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Install guitar hardware and electronics according to internal specs.
  • Ensure each guitar matches internal design specifications.
  • Monitor flow of guitars, parts, and materials in the department.
  • Clean and finish fully built guitars, removing residue and blemishes.
  • Pack completed guitars and move them to distribution.
  • Maintain a safe, clean workspace following 5S standards.
  • Follow Cardinal Safety Rules and participate in SMS activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
