Job summary

You will follow standard operating procedures, safely handle razor blades, and ensure quality while maintaining production flow and adhering to safety rules. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work as part of a team, and flexibility to support various manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced guitar

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Results oriented and driven to deliver to plan.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute standard operating procedures.
• Remove fill and color from fingerboard.
• Able to use a razor blade safely and effectively.
• Correct minor defects with 320 grit sandpaper.
• Maintain product flow at the appropriate rate.
• Adhere to department protocols (5S and Safety).
• Support the Safety Management System to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
