Job summary

The Orvis Company in Millbrook, NY is seeking an Events/ Sporting Adventures Guide to join our team. The role reports to the Events Manager and focuses on delivering world-class customer experiences and upholding the One Orvis culture.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the brand and instill the Orvis Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Culture in the entire team. Significant emphasis on a “One Orvis” culture.
• Provide individualized, personal attention to on-site customers.
• Assisting customers with check in and on the course.
• Complete additional assignments from management, including but not limited to- Parking carts; Cleaning and stocking.
• Support all other departments as necessary.

Position Interface

This position reports directly to the Events Manager and will interact daily with other sporting adventures associates.
