Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking entry-level candidates for the Advanced Effector Guidance Systems department. You will troubleshoot electronics, perform circuit-level analyses, and support integration, test, and failure investigations with a focus on RF, analog, and digital subsystems. Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major
• Experience with writing and/or executing test procedures
• Basic lab or other experience with RF, analog, digital, mixed signal, circuit design or analysis

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronics in a lab or production environment, perform system and circuit level analysis, support failure investigations, document results, interact with multi-disciplinary groups including suppliers
• Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA and component levels
• Root-cause determination and corrective action implementation
• Conduct analog and digital circuit analysis and model electrical signals in simulation
• Identify circuit card and subassembly design updates and integration/test at subassembly level
• Develop interconnect models between subsystems and generate test procedures and results
• Present task results to small technical teams, travel <10% as needed
