Work year:

• Guidance Counselors shall work the teacher calendar and be employed for 10 days in the summer prior to the start of the school year for 10-month instructional employees.
• Salary is inclusiveof 10 workdays between July 1, 2026 and the first workday August 31, 2026 of the 2026-2027 school year.

In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package: including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off. Will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program.
