Job summary

The Residence Inn by Marriott, Milpitas (a Pacific Hotel Management Hotel) is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to clean and service guest rooms and assist in public areas. You will answer guest inquiries, deliver items to rooms, restock supplies and help with special cleaning projects.

The role emphasizes maintaining brand standards, safety, and guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment, with opportunities to support multiple housekeeping tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Understand hotel function and guest profiles.
• Knowledge of local area including restaurants, landmarks, shopping centers and or local attraction.
• Basic reading, writing and number knowledge in order to pass along notes, comments etc. (any language)

Responsibilities

• Provide a pleasant experience to guests.
• Assist with, reports, maintenance request forms, logbooks, lost and found etc. as needed.
• Regularly assist with deep cleaning projects and other duties.
• Demonstrate brand standards, behaviors, hallmarks and mandates.
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure safety of all associates and guests.
• Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures as outlined by PHM’s Employee Handbook.
