Highgate Hotels in Cheektowaga/Buffalo is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, attractive guestrooms and deliver attentive, courteous service to all guests. You will follow established cleaning standards and work with the housekeeping team to ensure readiness of rooms.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, including supplies and linens for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep all hallways and public areas clean and neat.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
