Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards. You will greet guests warmly, clean rooms to the required pace, and ensure towels and amenities are refreshed.

Responsibilities include dusting, polishing furniture, notifying management of repairs, and supporting lobby duties when needed. English communication is essential, with a high school diploma preferred.

• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms within the allotted time, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, walls, and equipment; report repairs as needed.
• Assist with lobby attendant duties when short-staffed or during peak periods.
• Support efforts to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
