Job summary

InTown Suites in Norcross, GA is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet standards and guest expectations.

The role requires following SOPs, ability to clean to a high standard, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks. You will help ensure rooms are ready for occupancy and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and reach overhead cleaning tasks.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently in busy environments.
• Ability to visually inspect rooms and areas for cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs and company standards.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards.
• Clean bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas as required.
• Vacuum and mop floors; maintain furnishings and appliances.
• Keep room exteriors tidy and presentable outside the door.
• Notify supervisors of room readiness and issues.
• Restock supplies and organize housekeeping carts.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Report safety or security concerns to supervision.
• Maintain superior customer service with guests.
