InTown Suites is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas. You will perform routine and deep cleaning to meet cleanliness standards and guest expectations, ensuring occupancy readiness and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lift, bend, stoop) and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure hotel areas meet company cleanliness standards.
• Maintain and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
• Provide superior customer service when interacting with guests.
