Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas across the property. You will follow standard operating procedures to clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and furnishings, while delivering attentive guest service and upholding brand standards.

The role requires physical stamina to lift and move supplies, and flexibility to cover various housekeeping tasks as needed. Training and weekly pay are provided in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, reach overhead, and squat.
• Ability to adapt to multiple housekeeping/laundry positions as needed.
• Ability to inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple activities under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards, even if not assigned.
• Clean bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, sinks, walls, lights, and replace linens.
• Clean kitchens and dining areas, including refrigerators, microwaves, sinks, counters, and tables.
• Vacuum and wash floors according to procedures.
• Maintain furnishings by dusting and polishing.
