InTown Suites is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces while meeting cleanliness standards and guest expectations.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and high-quality service. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restocking supplies, and notifying supervisors of safety or guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Proficient in housekeeping and laundry procedures.
• Ability to follow posted SOPs and safety rules.
• Capable of cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Demonstrates good guest service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms per SOPs and check for readiness.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surroundings.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards.
• Clean baths, kitchens, and dining spaces as required.
• Vacuum and mop floors; dust and polish furnishings.
• Restock supplies and maintain housekeeping carts.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report safety or guest concerns to supervisor.
