InTown Suites is seeking a Housekeeper at our Cumming, GA property to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet our cleanliness standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub/scour surfaces and perform cleaning tasks.
• Ability to adapt to various housekeeping/laundry positions as needed.
• Ability to visually inspect cleanliness and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Clean guest rooms according to standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain hotel areas to company standards beyond assigned zones.
• Clean bathrooms including tub, toilet, sinks, walls, lights, and linens.
• Clean kitchen and dining area including fridge, microwave, sinks, counters, cabinets, and tables.
• Vacuum and wash floors according to procedures.
• Maintain furnishings by dusting and polishing.
• Keep room exterior clean (siding, A/C grill, doors, windows).
• Notify Head Guest Room Attendant of room readiness.
• Restock housekeeping cart at shift end.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per procedures.
• Inform supervisor of safety violations and guest concerns.
• Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests.
