InTown Suites is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas in a Georgia Savannah property. You will follow SOPs, handle supplies, and support a positive guest experience.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with opportunities for career growth within a national extended-stay brand.

Qualifikationen

• Possess knowledge of housekeeping/laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and reach overhead.
• Ability to adapt to multiple housekeeping positions as needed.
• Ability to visually inspect rooms and areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in stressful situations.

Aufgaben

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards.
• Clean baths including tub, toilet, sinks, and mirrors.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas.
• Vacuum and wash floors.
• Dust and polish furnishings and appliances.
• Maintain exterior room appearance (siding, A/C grill, doors, windows).
• Notify Head Guest Room Attendant of room readiness.
• Restock housekeeping cart at end of shift.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per SOP.
• Report safety or guest concerns to supervisor.
• Provide superior customer service to guests.
