Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, attractive guestrooms and provide attentive, courteous service to all guests. You will perform standard housekeeping tasks to ensure a welcoming environment and seamless guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; prior hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Aufgaben

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
