Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Irvine, CA is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and public spaces, following brand standards to ensure total guest satisfaction. Work with the Housekeeping team, assist with laundry duties when needed, and maintain safety and cleanliness across shifts.

Monday through Sunday availability required; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off and hotel employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service according to G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas following standards and procedures.
• Notify supervisor when service is completed and report any unserviceable rooms.
• Assist with laundry duties, monitor supplies and operate washers/dryers.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other shifts and management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws and report safety concerns.
